These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CRM FOR ALL, a software-as-a-service platform including web and mobile clients.
1. The service
We provide a multi-tenant CRM with features such as lead management, email, messaging integrations, AI-assisted tools (where enabled), reporting, and related functionality as described on our website or your order.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information, and activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
3. Customer data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have necessary rights to submit such data.
4. AI features
Where AI features are used, outputs are assistive and may contain errors. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business. Configuration of AI providers and data flows is controlled by your tenant administrators subject to our documentation.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are as quoted at purchase. Late payment may result in suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or non-payment. You may stop using the service according to your subscription terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms or the service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
