Refund Policy

No refunds on subscription and fees except as stated here.

CRM FOR ALL operates on a no-refund basis for subscription fees, setup fees, and any one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed order form.

1. Subscriptions

Fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Once a billing period has started, that period is non-refundable. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Trials and credits

Promotional credits or trial periods do not create a payment obligation and are not convertible to cash. Unused trial time is not refunded.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in suspension of service until resolved.

4. Exceptional cases

If we materially fail to provide the service for an extended period due to our fault, we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits—not cash refunds—toward future invoices.
