We may collect account information (name, email, company), usage data, communications you send through the platform (e.g. emails, WhatsApp messages processed by your tenant configuration), call recordings and transcripts where your organization enables those features, and technical data such as IP address and device information.
2. How we use information
We use data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process AI-assisted features you enable (e.g. call summaries), send operational notices, secure the platform, and comply with law.
3. Multi-tenancy
Each subscriber organization (tenant) is isolated. Administrators control users and configuration within their tenant. We do not use one tenant’s business data to train public models unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Sharing
We may share data with subprocessors (e.g. hosting, email delivery, AI providers) as needed to operate the service, under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention & security
We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and operational purposes. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data.
6. Your rights
